Changes – Returns of Books
Returns are accepted exclusively in cases of shipping errors or damage that occurred during transportation, or in any case, before using the product. Please take a photo of the damaged or defective product and send us the photo to shop@herakleidon.org. If possible and if you wish, we will send you a new copy at our expense or refund your money.
In any other case, you can change the entire order or part of it within an exclusive period of 14 days from the date of dispatch of the order from our store. If the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of HerakleidonShop, we commit to cover the cost of the return.
For any change or return, you must first contact us at shop@herakleidon.org or by phone at 210 34 61 981 and inform us of your intention. The details you need to provide are the name you provided during the order, the order number, and the product code you want to change.
Changes can only be made with the document issued for your order and at our physical store.
For a remote change, if the reason for the change or return is not due to an error on the part of Herakleidonshop or damage to the product before its delivery, the following apply:
a) For orders over €80, the expenses of the first change (return and re-shipment to the customer) are borne by our company. In case of additional changes, the expenses are borne by the customer.
b) The first change is made exclusively with the shipping company that our company collaborates with, currently the General Postal.
c) For orders under €80, the return expenses are borne by the company, while the shipping expenses for the change are borne by the customer.
d) Products for exchange must be in excellent condition, with special tags and their original packaging. Products on sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the customer receives a defective product, it must be replaced. A product is considered defective if it has a proven and visible manufacturing error.
The defective product is returned to our company and replaced (if available) at the expense of the company. To be accepted as defective, a product must not show wear from misuse and must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. If it is determined that the wear is due to customer misuse or if the packaging has been used or damaged, the same product is returned to the customer with shipping costs borne by them.
In case of withdrawal or order cancellation, which occurs within a period of 14 days from the order date, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
